Hello!

Erica here! I used to blog a decent amount, but somewhere along the way I fell out of it. With a little more time on my hands and a desire to reach more people, I decided it's time to get my feet wet again in the blogging world!

So, who am I and what am I up to? Great question! In short, I am a provisionally licensed counselor pursuing full licensure in the state of Missouri. I am a leisurely runner who is trying to be a triathlete. I am obsessed with my dog, and the two of us love hiking. I love exploring new places and reading all sorts of books. Ultimately, my goal in life is to help people. I don't yet know what this little space on the internet will be like, but I'm excited to discover what gets created on here!
